I can’t log in, who do I call for help?

 

If you need help with StudentVue or your school devices, follow the steps below:

StudentVue Login

  1. Open the StudentVue App on your phone OR go to the StudentVue link in the "For Students" section of the EHS website.

  2. Select "Login with Microsoft."

  3. If prompted for a username and password, use the same login as your school laptop.

Technology Help

  • Locked out of StudentVue? Visit the library, email, or call Mrs. Kristin Krahmer — she can reset your account.

  • Need help with your laptop, charger, hotspot, or other devices? Come to the library first. All technology support is handled there.
