On Campus Tutoring & Weight Training

You can now sign up to attend live in person tutoring on the EHS campus in the Learning Center each day! If you need help, or just a quiet place to work in air conditioning, with good internet the Learning Center is the place. Please click the link below to sign up. Health & Safety Expectations for Students on EHS Campus

Arriving on Campus

  • Masks that cover nose and mouth are required
  • Temperature checks and COVID screening questions are required
  • Students are to wear sticker or wrist band with date to signal successful screening has been completed for the day

 

On Campus

  • Wear a face mask at all times, except for when eating or drinking
  • Maintain social distancing in and out of classroom
  • Stay with your assigned cohort at all times during the school day
  • Stay in the dedicated area for your classroom at break and lunch
  • Follow capacity rules for bathrooms – max of 2 people at any time
  • Wash hands frequently and use the hand sanitizer in each classroom
  • Listen to directions from all campus staff, including security guards

 

In the Classroom

  • Bring your own laptop, earbuds (1 will be provided to you if needed), and refillable water bottle each day
  • Sit in the same desk each day
  • Do not share materials, including pencils or laptop

 

Protocol for students who refuse to wear face coverings

  • Student will be provided with a mask if needed
  • Student will be reminded to wear a mask
  • If student refuses to wear a mask, student will be escorted to the office by an adult
  • Student will be counseled, asked to wear a mask, and provided a mask
  • If student refuses to wear a mask, progressive discipline should begin, including contacting parent/guardian to pick up student from school
