I am married and have two daughters, Valerie and Victoria. We like to take little day trips to places like Disneyland, the San Diego Zoo, Sea World, and of course the ocean (and anywhere else we can entertain the girls!). I like working with pictures and digital photography, and I hope to be a better "scrapbooker" some day! I enjoy music, sewing, walking outdoors, reading, traveling, playing the piano, and decorating my home for the holidays.

"No hay mal que por bienno venga. — There's no bad from which good doesn't come."
"Make time for the quiet moments as God whispers and the world is loud."
"If you think you can do a thing, or you think you can't do a thing, you're right."
I always wanted to work in a "people business" type of capacity, and I wanted to be in an academic environment, using what I had studied in college. I decided that working with high school kids would be a great way to both help children and use my skills to promote the love of speaking a new language and traveling. Learning a world language can really open doors for you, professionally as well as personally.
